  • Either monthly or quarterly, we’ll meet to review the financial statements from your previous month and the year-to-date. We’ll discuss your income, expenses, debt vs your projections and help you understand everything.

  • At an interval of your choosing, we’ll meet o discuss strategy. Using the information from our financial meeting, we’ll provide you with your crucial financial ratios and KPIs. We’ll discuss business strategy and then hold a Q&A Session.

  • We can also provide you with advisory or done-for-you services relating to your strategic plan creation, system & process documentation, product and service development, marketing strategies, hiring processes, company culture, risk mitigation and internal controls.
